The setting was calm and relaxing, with gorgeous views, spacious rooms, and a lovely property. We enjoyed having our own pool, though it wasn’t heated and we couldn’t use it at that time of year. Everyone was kind and went out of their way to help. Since it’s remote, bring any extra snacks and drinks you’d like to have in your room. We also enjoyed the live music at dinner and walking in Palm valley.

The staff were incredibly kind throughout our stay, and service was excellent. We stayed in this small boutique property among the palm groves of the Draa Valley, and it felt like a quiet oasis in the middle of nowhere. A handful of private villas sit in lovely gardens with orange and lemon trees, a turtle pond, and a central courtyard with a pool and Berber-style tent where we were welcomed with tea. Each villa has its own garden compound, which felt very private and relaxing. Our daughters had one villa and we had another, both comfortable and nicely designed in traditional Moroccan style. The food was decent, but didn’t quite match the beauty of the property. If you have kids, stop to pick up snacks beforehand.

We only wish we’d had more time there. The staff were an absolute delight, and the accommodations were extraordinary. The manicured private gardens and pools were full of wonderful birds, all in an oasis too beautiful and welcoming for stars to capture.

The rooms are really cute and the showers were great. We had a fantastic time at the Kasbah Hini, with friendly staff, excellent food, a beautiful location, a fun pool, and a lovely spa. 100/10 recommend.
