Adnaa Villa By Sejour Maroc

At first the villa seemed promising, with lots of space, several rooms, a pool table and two pools. The experience quickly turned sour. The paving around the pool broke just from being walked on, and one member of our group fell through a slab and was injured. There were cockroaches in the rooms, including the kitchen, and the cabinets were falling apart. It was a poor stay, and I'd suggest booking a different villa.

I stayed here in December 2023 for my stag with 11 guests. The villa itself is very nice, but we ran into several problems. The biggest concern was the pool paving. A guest's foot went through one of the poorly built tiles and he was injured badly enough that he couldn't leave the villa for a day. Money and £400 headphones also went missing. The maid and caretaker both came in and out of the rooms daily, so either could have been responsible. The villa is some distance from the main city and taxis were very hard to get. WiFi was poor throughout. The outdoor pool was freezing, and the TV signal kept pausing, which was really frustrating when we were trying to watch football. The pool table needs refurbishing and another cue. We also saw a large cockroach in the kitchen and another in one of the bedrooms.

Getting to the villa is difficult because it’s so far out that taxis and Ubers don’t want to come. Inside, it was dusty, with insects throughout the bathroom and cockroaches in both the bedrooms and kitchen. A tile by the outdoor pool broke underfoot and caused an injury. Most seriously, money and belongings were stolen by staff on site. The villa is beautiful, but those problems made it a bad place to stay.

The stay was amazing from the great start right through to the finish. The house and garden were both huge, with palm trees everywhere, and I’d happily stay again. I’m not sure what happened for the people who left the other reviews, but none of those issues came up for us.
