The gardens, courtyards, and architecture are beautiful, and the quiet farmland setting made the stay feel peaceful. For the price, it was a lovely, luxurious experience. I also had a warm welcome from a kind, attentive staff member, unlike what some earlier reviewers described. I’d happily recommend it.

The location and building are quite good, but the service was really poor. The receptionist seemed unwelcoming, there was dust in the shared areas, and we were rushed to check out because they had something to do in the village. There were no services. It was a very bad experience with the staff, far from the hospitality I expect in Moroccan culture. I wouldn’t recommend it, at least while unprofessional people are working there.

It could be a really nice place, but it’s actually very dirty.

We had a lovely stay and the food was good. The staff were clean and always smiling.

A one of a kind way to experience the natural habitat of the Aoulouz region.
