The reception lady was so kind. She did our laundry as a gesture, and when we missed breakfast, she saved us a croissant and orange juice. The main square is only a few minutes away on foot. Our room had its own bathroom, and the bed was clean and decent. We had a good stay and would strongly recommend the riad for its service.

The location worked really well for visiting the Medina, with the option to come back and rest. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the service was very good. The place was clean, and I liked the traditional decor. I stayed for two nights; the room was fine for sleeping, showering, and heading back out.

The pool was lovely, with a jacuzzi feature, and looked beautiful when lit at night. I also thought the spa facilities were great. Hafsa was especially pleasant and helpful with local information, and the staff were wonderful overall. The riad is right in central Marrakech, a very short walk from Koutoubia Masjid, restaurants, souks, and various sights. I felt safe coming and going by myself and with the kids. Breakfast choices were limited, but the bedrooms were comfortable, spacious, and cleaned daily through room service. They had good air conditioning and came with towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, and body wash. Definitely recommend it.

You can't beat the value for money here. The place felt more like a backpackers' hostel than the other riads we stayed in, and the rooms were small and very basic. The shower was tiny with weak pressure. Breakfast was basic too, just coffee, bread, and jam, though the bread, butter, and especially the jam were absolutely delicious. Most of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I can't thank them enough.
