The price is very good for what you get. The rooms and hotel amenities are lovely, and the location is great, right in the heart of the Medina. The staff are lovely too and always happy to help.

We had a great stay at Hotel Sherazade. After busy days exploring Marrakech, relaxing on the terrace at night was a real treat. It has such a nice vibe and was a lovely way to wind down. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

From our late arrival at 23:00 until checking out at 03:00, we were treated incredibly well. We were there during Ramadan, when longer waits are expected, but even without knowing what Ramadan involved, I’d still have given the hotel five stars. We had free, fast Wi-Fi, working A/C, attentive housekeeping, and delicious meals. Don’t miss the breakfast served every morning. If you’re taking a taxi from the airport, ask to be dropped off at or in Jemaa el-Fnaa square, near the Taj'in Darna restaurant. From there it’s about a four-minute walk. Depending on the time, the taxi may or may not be able to get closer to the restaurant, but the tall signs are easy to spot.

I could happily have spent my whole stay in the spa. Marriam was wonderful and somehow made a full head-to-toe scrub feel relaxing. The reception team and the people serving breakfast were especially helpful and friendly, and everyone was the friendliest staff I’ve experienced. Definitely recommend the hammam and massage. Big thanks to the whole team ❤️
