Kind, accommodating owner and a hotel that feels like a community. The place was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with views that felt almost unreal. Such a surreal stay in Morocco.

We loved the mountain views and how quiet it was. The place was clean, communication with the owner was very good, and breakfast was included and tasty. We were a couple passing through for one night, and the tagine we ordered for dinner was excellent 👌. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves mountain views.

A good base for hiking in the Tafraoute mountains, though getting there in the dark is tricky since it sits away from the mapped streets. Better to arrive in daylight and follow the signs carefully. The auberge has just two rooms for now, with space laid out for more rooms, terraces, and leisure activities. I had a simple but very nice space, and the host was welcoming and shared a lot about Berber culture. All the best to Abdellah, I hope I can come back one day.

After booking four nights, I arrived to find the property poorly marked, with no guests or staff around. I called the number on the door and sent a text, but got no reply. I drove into town to find a backup place. Four hours later, a canned response finally came through. I cancelled the booking, and they never replied after that. I still haven't received my refund. I can't tell if it's a scam or if they're simply that bad at running a business, but leaving someone stranded like that is awful customer service. I'm embarrassed to have to leave this review.
