Ali and Rita were fantastic, friendly and so helpful. Our room was lovely, and I’m going home with wonderful memories of staying here with my wife. The Riad Persephone feels like the real Morrocco, close to the market and reasonably near the railway station. It can be tricky for a first timer to find, but don’t let that put you off. Download the map beforehand and it’s very easy. The tours arranged by Riad Persephone made everything simpler, with the Riad handling it all. Prices and advice were good, and they can help with plenty of things, including local honey, music, places to eat and ways to fill your time. There’s nothing negative I can say. I’ve travelled all over the world looking for a real experience, and this Riad didn’t disappoint. We had one minor problem with the air conditioning, but it was fixed the next day. The weather can be hot, so expect a real Moroccan experience. Breakfast was excellent, and if I could give more stars, I would. Many kind regards to everyone at RP, Sean and Michelle from the UK.

The rooftop became one of my favorite parts of our Marrakech trip. We’d unwind in the hot jacuzzi in the evenings and watch the sunset over the Medina, with the quiet air and changing sky making it hard to forget. The hammam and massage were another highlight. I highly recommend both. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, and afterward I felt rested and refreshed. Riad Persephone was beautiful throughout, with traditional Moroccan details, lovely colors, and a warm feel. Our room was stylish and comfortable, and everything was kept clean and orderly each day. Breakfast was freshly made by the kind women in the kitchen. It was tasty, nicely presented, and full of Moroccan flavor, especially the tea. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel looked after and welcome. Abdel deserves a special mention for taking care of every detail and always making sure we felt comfortable and safe. He was kind, professional, and ready to help with anything. We felt able to relax and disconnect here, and I’d love to come back. I recommend Riad Persephone to anyone visiting Marrakech who wants a peaceful stay with an authentic Moroccan atmosphere.

The host was so welcoming and helpful, and even put together a takeaway breakfast for us when we had to leave early for our flight. We felt safe and at ease here. There are lots of lovely little corners to sit and enjoy the atmosphere, with plants all around that give the place a hint of paradise. The Riad has beautiful views over the Medina, and our room was lovely, with a huge, comfortable bed. It was a great stay, though the shower drained pretty slowly, possibly due to a plumbing issue.

We loved this Riad and would come back anytime. It was very clean and close to the center, and we had a really great two-night stay, 21-23 April. Everyone was wonderful. Omar, the manager, was kind and helpful, and Ghita at reception was the first to help us with everything and make our stay so good. Soufiane on the night shift was kind too. Ghizlane and Wafa cooked for us, and Samira, who did the hammam and massage, was lovely and very professional. She gave my wife and me an amazing massage.

It felt like a home away from home. The Riad was lovely, peaceful, and well cared for, and the staff were welcoming and ready to help. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
