Hotel School Ersat Azrou

The food prep kitchen looked dirty, and the staff didn’t seem to follow basic hygiene practices. That made me worry about customers’ health. The toilet was also extremely dirty, with no soap or toilet paper. I reported it to management, but nobody seemed to care. Breakfast quality and choice were poor too.

We stayed three nights instead of the planned two after getting sick from food at Hotel Les Cedres. We had diarrhoea, and once the hotel staff heard what was going on, they were very caring and helpful. It’s a basic, clean hotel, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, though a little more variety would be nice. The location is fine, with a pleasant walk to the busy Center. The students were friendly and well-behaved. The two things we didn’t like were the very slow WiFi and having to go one floor down to reach our private bathroom outside the room. For a meal, try Restaurant Announ, which is also on Tripadvisor. Hassan, his father, and the staff are all friendly and cook good food. Watching how kindly and helpfully they treat homeless people left a strong impression on me.

For what I paid, the quality was okay, though there were a few minor downsides. Just make sure you get breakfast at 7:30 a.m. if you don’t want to miss it 😄😊😊

The room was clean and the staff were kind. Special thanks to Tarik.
