Moustafa at reception was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home, attentive and welcoming without getting in the way. Riad La Villa Nomade is a calm, elegant retreat where the noise of the medina fades away. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the food is full of flavor and tradition. The architecture, scent and atmosphere all have real Moroccan charm. It feels intimate and luxurious, and I left with a genuine sense of peace.

There’s plenty of room to wander, settle into a comfortable nook with a book, or relax on the lovely rooftop terrace and dining area. We enjoyed the traditional Moroccan breakfast at the onsite restaurant, one of the highlights for us, and there’s also a full bar. The indoor pool and spa are nice to have. The place is older but well equipped, and the service was attentive, polite, responsive and exceptional. It’s beautiful inside, luxurious and cozy. We still have two nights left and are looking forward to them.

The location might seem a little away from the main sights, but that worked for us and gave us a feel for proper Marrakech. The room was great, breakfast even better, and the staff took attentive care of us. It felt like a peaceful oasis in an otherwise quite stressful city. Highly recommend.

The breakfast isn’t included, even though some places offer it free, so claims of free breakfast when booking this hotel are false. It’s poor value for money, and people eating outside make it noisy.
