Breakfast on the roof terrace each morning was fantastic, and we really enjoyed our Hammam experience. The staff kept checking in, offering mint tea, and making sure we were having a good time. We especially loved chatting with Redoune and Ayoub, who helped make the stay so great. Mushkila, the Riad’s cat, will be missed too. She'd come sit with us in the evenings and settle on our laps while we relaxed. She's very friendly and loves a cuddle. The building is beautiful and the welcome from the staff was great. When we arrived, we got a helpful list of places to see in Marrakesh, including main sights and restaurants. We'll definitely come back next time we're in Marrakesh!

The meals at BE Marrakech were a real treat. There was a great range of dishes, made with fresh ingredients and presented with care. My room was lovely, clean, comfortable, and I especially liked the colors. From arrival on, the staff were warm and attentive. The whole Riad was kept to a high standard, with a relaxed and welcoming feel in every corner. I left refreshed and grateful for such a memorable stay. Highly recommended for a break or some time away from everyday life.

From the street, I never would have guessed what was behind the door. Inside, the interior is truly magnificent, and the delicious tea we were welcomed with made the arrival even nicer. It's beautiful and surprisingly peaceful in the middle of the city. The staff were amazing. They'd check in and stop for a chat now and then, while still being respectful and understanding. Breakfast was the most elaborate of our whole trip in Morocco, with everything you could want to start the day. The beds were made nicely, the rooms stayed at a pleasant temperature, and everything was clean. Absolutely fantastic stay in Marrakech, definitely recommended, 100% great.

The rooftop is stunning, and the place is definitely “instagrammable.” Breakfast tasted good, and the staff were generally kind and friendly. Still, the first night really colored the rest of our stay. We arrived fairly late after a delayed flight and found our room filled with an overpowering floral, musky scent. It wasn't unpleasant exactly, but it was incredibly strong. The staff shrugged and said that was the room's scent. About half an hour later, we noticed our socks were wet and smelled the same way. The diffuser oil had spilled, and it seemed they'd rubbed it around instead of cleaning it properly. When we told the staff, they handed us a mop. Having to clean our own room floor the evening we arrived was bizarre, especially since we hadn't spilled anything. Both pairs of socks were soaked in the pungent oil and ruined. We got no compensation or even an apology, despite the staff otherwise being kind. Just strange. That experience tainted everything else. It's a gorgeous riad, but don't expect luxury. To me, it felt like a solid two-star hotel dressed up as a four-star one. Sound echoes quite a lot, so light sleepers should keep that in mind. Go for the Instagram look if that's what matters to you. In response to the owners: thanks for your professionalism, and I appreciate you taking accountability. We did tell reception about the issue at the time, though, so I'm not sure what else to say.

We added a €40 massage to our €30 day pass, and it was heavenly. The three of us spent a few hours here on our last day in Marrakesh, and it was a perfect way to use the time. The place was absolutely stunning, the food included was delicious, and the staff made us feel so welcome. Ridouane waited on us and was delightful and very attentive, thank you! We'd love to come back for a proper stay next time we're in Marrakesh.
