Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca

The hotel is quite new, and we found it comfortable and clean. We loved the food at all the on-site restaurants, breakfast included, and we’ll definitely return. The staff were accommodating even late at night. I’ve forgotten the name of the woman who showed us to our room, but she was so warm and made a wonderful first impression.

Fatima from housekeeping really went out of her way for us. We were there for our wedding anniversary, and the whole team added thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. They even found a photo of us as a couple and had it framed before we arrived. That was such a lovely surprise. Service was warm from arrival to departure, and the different departments worked together smoothly. The spa was top notch, room service and housekeeping were efficient, and the food and drink choices were limited but came promptly. Four Seasons is a great choice in Casablanca, and it’s the kind of hotel that makes you want to stay loyal. The rooms can look inward onto parts of the hotel, or out to the sides and the sea. The hotel is also well placed for getting to nearby areas. The food was high quality, and the room services were good. Reception and management stood out, too. A distinctive location and a very good stay.

UPDATE: Manager Yassin got in touch and offered us a proper upgrade, which pretty much put things right. The hotel’s lucky to have him. Before that, this was a terrible stay for the price and for what I expected from the brand. Service felt mediocre, the “upgrade” we were given was actually a worse room, and we waited four hours for our luggage. Hard to see how this is meant to be a five star hotel. It was my first time with this brand, and probably my last.
