The woman at reception was friendly, but the man there was rude and unwelcoming. Breakfast was full of insects, and the person serving it was extremely rude. We were two people and got just one very dirty towel. When we complained, they said a replacement wouldn't be available for two days. I'd never stay here again.

I booked this because it's near where I need to be, and I'll come back. The room was excellent, the bed firm, and check-out time convenient.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and respectful. It's very central, so it was easy to get a feel for what the city offers both day and night. The location also felt safe, with police guarding it at night. I had a very good stay and would recommend it to anyone staying in Casablanca for the location, service, and experience. 10/10.

I visited a year ago and had a great time. The price and location were convenient, and reception spoke English and was very accommodating.

The employees were professional and very helpful, and it's a good hotel. But when a family member came to see me, they wouldn't let him go to my room even for five minutes, and wouldn't accept his ID as an alternative. I asked if that meant my father, son, or brother couldn't visit either. They just said policy is policy, which doesn't make sense to me.
