The location is good, but the bed felt like a rock and was extremely uncomfortable. The room had nothing but the bed, no wardrobe, vanity, water heater, or anything else. The old, worn-out pillows were terrible too. Showering wasn't possible because the water swung between very hot and very cold. There's no bidet spray by the toilet, and room service ignored our calls.

I am writing to make an official complaint about a serious incident this morning outside Ibis Casablanca Abdelmoumen involving my group of Malaysian clients. Our coach had stopped briefly only to load luggage, but the security staff unjustifiably refused access. Their conduct was aggressive and disrespectful, far below the standards expected of an international group. The driver, tour guide, and clients faced verbal abuse, provocative behavior, and inappropriate language. The whole group was shocked and could not understand such unprofessional treatment. After more than 20 years as a tourism professional, I see this as damaging to both your hotel's reputation and the image of the Accor group. Please investigate internally, take appropriate disciplinary action, and send me an official response as soon as possible. Without a prompt reply and concrete corrective steps, I will have to reconsider future work with your establishments, inform my international partners, and share what happened on professional and public platforms. I look forward to hearing from you.

The staff are helpful and very kind, and the location is good. It's much better than most four-star hotels. If you're after fancy facilities, this might not be enough, but it's more than good enough for a comfortable stay.
