The breakfast was delicious, and the location worked well for me: quiet, but still close to the main attractions in Casanearshore. My room at Lotus Hotel was clean, comfortable, and had the essentials. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Casanearshore.

I spent 30 days on a wonderful vacation at Lotus Hotel Grand Casablanca Morocco 🇲🇦. The customer service was really, really good, and everything was very clean 💯. The rooms were well equipped, with showers, central air conditioning, and high-quality balconies 💯. The service was high quality too, and the renovation and coffee were very good. For my short five-hour stay before the next flight, the room was small but clean and did what I needed. The location near Casablanca Airport didn’t impress me at first, but Mass’s service made the difference. He handled everything himself, from reception and check-in through check-out, and took care of my needs over the phone. His attention and dedication are why I chose to stay, and I left with a positive impression.

A lovely little hotel with wonderful service. Parking is a downside, and it isn’t wheelchair accessible, even though the booking information says it is.
