Our room was on the top floor, with its own patio and access to a three-level terrace overlooking the medina rooftops and the ocean. It was airy and bright, and the bed and bathroom were very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and served until 11:30, which was a real bonus. The hotel is small and special, with attention to every detail. It’s perfectly placed for exploring the medina while still being very quiet. The staff were super friendly and even offered to take our luggage to the car, which had to be parked outside the medina. Great value for money.

The decor is beautiful, and the rooms are tastefully done. Beds are firm but comfortable, and the shower has two heads, wicked! Breakfast was superb. Head up to the terrace for the pool and the different levels of patio seating. For lunch or dinner, go to Dar Baba!

The hotel is pretty, peaceful, and has a lovely interior. It’s well located, yet our room was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast on the roof terrace was an amazing way to start the day. The coffee at breakfast was bad, though, and the bathroom didn’t have a proper door for privacy. I’d still come back any time!

The rooms are all so beautifully designed, with every detail carefully arranged and pleasing to look at. The staff were amazing, and they upgraded my room for a fair price. The gentleman downstairs was hilarious, and he and my husband and I did nothing but laugh. The location is great for exploring on foot, and this place made my trip to Essaouira. It felt cozy and like home. I’ll definitely return, maybe with the children next time!

We stayed at Suite Azur Hotel for three nights and couldn’t fault it. Breakfast was fantastic every morning, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The hotel is right in the heart of the Medina, with loads of great restaurants just a five-minute walk away. The location was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!
