Amine, the house manager, was the kindest and most helpful person I've met in hospitality. He was always around for questions, spent time chatting with us on the roof, and taught us about Moroccan culture. One phone call got us a tour guide, and when we wanted a guided trip to the desert, he put the whole thing together in a day. A woman at the house cooked amazing traditional Moroccan food, literally anything we wanted. Amine made recommendations, then she'd go to the market for groceries and prepare breakfast or dinner. We'd wake up to delicious breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the whole Medina, or come back to a wonderful dinner. All of that made the trip so much better. I've never been more impressed by a hotel and its hospitality.

We stayed for three days, and it was a really helpful base for us. The owner knows a lot about the old town and local life, and was happy to share advice. He also served us traditional Moroccan dinner and breakfast and was very friendly.

The breakfast on the roof was really good, and the guest house is affordable and well located. We arrived very late, but the owner was great and did everything he could for us. Our first room had no air conditioning, so he moved us to one that did for the second night.

The manager is the main reason I'd choose this riad again. He was kind, organized, and attentive at any hour, sharing his love for the city and making us feel at home. He handled all the details, including parking, and arranged certified guides. Ask for Nour for the Medina tour, we had a great time. He also gave us useful tips and served an excellent breakfast. The riad itself is charming, the rooftop terrace has sweeping views, and the location is convenient. We hope to return to Fes. Thank you for hosting us!
