Riad Lalla Zoubida

A lovely, welcoming riad, very authentic and clean. Ayoud gave great service, and I hope I’ve spelled his name right 😊. We had a tasty meal here, the chicken and vegetable targine was tender and delicious.

The riad felt like home, and both times we stayed were amazing. We enjoyed it so much on our first visit that we came back the following weekend. Each morning started with a freshly made traditional breakfast. I was nervous about traveling from Rabat to Fes, but Ayyub, the host, made it easy by arranging transport from the train station and finding us a local guide. Our cab driver was kind and very helpful, and our guide, Fatima, was one of a kind. Ask for them if you book.

The manager was very helpful and made our stay comfortable. The riad is beautiful, well kept, cool, and centrally located. The Medina sights in Fez are all within walking distance, and there are lots of ways to soak up the culture inside and just outside the property.

The staff were the highlight of my stay at Riad Lalla Zoubida. They were welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready with a smile, useful recommendations, and real care. The riad is beautiful, with traditional Moroccan decor, comfortable clean rooms, and a peaceful courtyard that felt like an escape. That mix of authentic charm and kind hospitality made the stay unforgettable. I’d love to come back and highly recommend it!
