Dar El Yasmine

We had a great time with our group of eight. The riad looked lovely, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were the best part, super helpful and nice. Thanks, zahid and souka!

Zahid made my stay at Dar El Yasmine genuinely comfortable, and I'd happily come back. The location is an easy walk from one of the main streets, so getting around was simple. He packed breakfast for me twice when I had an early excursion and train. My friends and I relaxed on the terrace, and Zahid made sure we had everything we needed.

We first booked just two nights, then extended for one more at a reasonable price. Said and Sukaina were especially friendly and did an amazing job. The riad is beautiful, and the room was clean and spacious, with a working hot shower. There was also a small heater in winter. Breakfast was delicious and so generous I couldn't finish it. They can arrange activities and trips to other famous cities. Upstairs, the shared glassed-in terrace has a view and is a nice place to sit, chat, and trade travel stories. It's easy to get here from the blue gate, less than a 10-minute walk.

I spent six fantastic nights here and felt right at home. Khadija, Isam, and Khaled were kind, generous, friendly, and incredibly helpful, without asking for anything in return. They even found me a desk and chair so I could work. The room was spacious and nicely cleaned, with a lovely reception and terrace area. The riad is great value for money and I'd highly recommend it. It's in the middle of the old medina, surrounded by markets and places to eat. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, with lots of variety and made with care. The bathroom was a little dull and could use renovation. If you're over 5 ft 10, you'll have to crouch down.
