The garden and fountains make Riad Jardin Des Biehn feel like a quiet oasis in the middle of the medina, and the staff are warm, attentive, and wonderful. I spent six fabulous nights here and felt genuinely cared for the whole time. I stayed in La Favorite, a colorful, beautifully decorated room with a private balcony over the garden that was completely hidden from outside view. The bed was super comfortable, and the spacious bathroom had heated floors. I also loved the windows opening onto the peaceful garden. Wi-Fi was excellent, and the coffee pod machine and complimentary water were lovely to have. You will love staying here. I certainly did.

I came in June and chose this as the setting for my Photography Workshop, with Jeanne Biehn's help. She worked with me from arrival through departure and helped put together a beautiful programme for the participants, most of whom were visiting Morocco for the first time. All the staff looked after us extremely well, from the food and bedrooms to the hammam, and they were attentive to what we needed. Jeanne Biehn's boutique is beautifully created. If you want a haven in a medina in Fès, this is it. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Riad Jardin des Biehn from January 6-8, 2026, and it felt like an oasis in the Medina. Everything exceeded our expectations: the property, breakfast, and our room, Le Fils du Cheikh Le Fils du Cheikh. I highly recommend this Riad.

The breakfast was great, with eggs, local breads, English muffins, fresh orange juice, and more. Our room was well appointed, with distinctive decor and amazing views of Fes. The service was friendly, and the location in the Fes medina was ideal: close by, yet quiet among the peaceful gardens and fountains.

I didn’t stay here, unfortunately, but came for a hammam and had an exceptional experience in an extraordinarily beautiful riad and garden. The hammam was superb, and I loved the smaller, quiet, private setting. My attendant took such good care of me, though I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name. I left feeling incredibly clean and refreshed. The staff are professional and welcoming. Many thanks to Houcine, who replied promptly to my inquiry over Whatsapp and arranged an appointment for that day. It was magical, and I highly recommend it. You can also pay by card, which was very convenient.
