Right in the heart of the medina, near good restaurants, and a good price too. There are two upstairs sitting areas with incredible city views, plus an amazing terrace. The place is full of beautiful memorabilia, and our room was very nice. Omar was kind to us. He's a local, so ask him for tips about getting around and avoiding people who try to cheat you. Omar is a good man!

Omar couldn't have been kinder. We had a mixup with a reservation at another riad and arrived late at night, but he welcomed us in and brought us tea and dates. The accommodation is beautiful, with great rooms and an amazing view. For such a great stay in an amazing place, the price was great.

Mr. Omar made us feel so welcome. He's multilingual, always around when needed, and a great cook with help from Malika. The rooms, rooftop, and Moroccan artistic decor are stunning, and the Riad is right in the center of the old Medina. Definitely recommend.

We came back after three years, and the warmth of this home still fills our hearts. Omar is such a kind soul, remembered for his generosity, warm welcome, wonderful meals, and mint teas. His wife, Esma, is lovely too, and makes the home feel even more like home. She was often in the kitchen preparing delicious food. Even though it was Ramadan, we tried to eat modestly in front of them, but they kept offering us food and drinks. One of our favorite moments in Fez was breakfast on the terrace, with panoramic views across the city and the sounds of birds, roosters, donkeys, and prayer sings at sunrise and sunset. The room was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and well maintained. The terrace inside was where we met our neighbor, shared homemade soups, and had interesting conversations. It feels like home, not a hotel. We'll definitely return, and next time we'll cook together!
