Iaich made such a difference to our stay. She was incredibly kind and attentive throughout, anticipating what we might need, and her professionalism made everything very good. We’ve just returned from Fes and couldn’t be happier with this Riad. It’s beautiful, with authentic decor and comfortable rooms where we rested wonderfully after walking around the Medina. Breakfast was very complete, and we had dinner one night too, with an excellent, very typical menu. I’d recommend it without hesitation. We’ll be back!

I felt truly welcome at Riad Jeanne, thanks to the incredibly generous, nice, and accommodating staff. The rooms aren’t the most luxurious, but their warmth and hospitality more than made up for that. Breakfast was fresh, great, and beautifully presented every morning. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old Medina gates, making it easy to explore Fes on foot. If I visit again, I’d definitely stay here for the exceptional treatment.

The staff are incredibly attentive and exceptionally kind. A huge thank you to IAICH. This is a true riad, ideally located for exploring the medina, with parking nearby and a very good breakfast. Don’t hesitate to go. We’ll definitely return. Well done to everyone!

The staff were fantastic with our large family and genuinely friendly and accommodating. They arranged a driver back to the airport and a tour guide for our last day. We stayed here on our first and last nights in Fes during a tour, and would happily come back. The Riad is ideally located for exploring the Medina, with beautiful tile and woodwork and comfortable, clean beds. Thank you for your hospitality.

Top notch hospitality, delicious fresh breakfast, and cozy decor. What more could you ask for? Our flight was at 5am, and the Riad staff packed us a tasty breakfast to take to the airport. Shukran ❤️
