Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace

We loved having dinner on the rooftop terrace on two of our nights. The menu featured Moroccan favorites like tagine and couscous, and the terrace itself is beautiful. Each morning also started with a generous breakfast. The riad is tucked into a quieter part of the Medina, but the Blue Gate, souks, and restaurants are still an easy walk away. Getting there from Ziat Gate was straightforward, even with our luggage. We stayed in the Chefchouen room, a lovely space that lived up to its namesake. The staff were terrific and went out of their way to help, including arranging tours and doing laundry during our long trip.

We were especially happy with dinner on the rooftop. The food was delicious, and the setting was just right. Soufiane also made our stay much easier. He helped carry our bags up to the room when we arrived, then walked us out to the street and hailed a taxi after checkout. He even helped us find a nearby shop where we could buy water. The hotel itself was wonderful, and the service made the experience fantastic. We’d love to come back.

Inside, the riad has a relaxed feel, and the staff are professional, friendly, and ready to help. It was clean and comfortable throughout. From the warm welcome to the hospitality, everything was excellent. Riad Trésor Fes is amazing, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fez.
