Riad TOYOUR

The staff really went out of their way to help us sort out a payment problem with a nearby restaurant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this riad to anyone staying in Fes. The bedrooms were large and thoughtfully designed, and it was easy to reach both the taxi drop-off and the main spots in the medina. Riad Toyour is a real gem. There are loads of plants in the courtyard, and the rooftop has stunning panoramic views across the city.

The staff gave us a real sense of welcome. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and interested in hearing about our trip. In a country where tourist stops often felt like people were trying to rip us off, it was a relief to have staff who weren't pushing anything and were simply there to help. When something went wrong with our room, they fixed it right away. We loved the central garden, all the greenery, and hearing the birds every morning. The rooftop gardens and city view are lovely too. Sitting there with a glass of Moroccan grey wine and a book was one of the highlights of our time in Fes. Inside, the stained glass cast colored light into our beautiful room. Riad Toyour is ideally placed beside the Medina, but outside it. That made it easy to get a ride for day trips, bring in our bags without getting lost in the Medina, and walk into it whenever we wanted. I can't recommend this riad enough. It was a peaceful hideaway in the bustle of Fes.

The best hospitality we experienced in Morocco was at Riad Toyour. Idriss arranged a private driver for the rest of our trip, and Abdel was professional, reliable, and proactive about pointing out interesting stops and viewpoints along the way. In Fes, Idriss also set us up with a walking tour led by Foad, who knew a lot and made the medina easier and more interesting to navigate. The riad is peaceful and beautiful, with plants and birds in the courtyard and a green rooftop terrace overlooking Fes. We were greeted with traditional mint tea, which made us feel at home straight away. Aissa was warm and attentive throughout our stay, and Idriss was exceptionally organized and helpful. Sorting out the WiFi, directions, and entry codes through WhatsApp was seamless. This was the highlight of our whole Morocco trip. Highly recommend.

Aissa and Idriss were among our favourite parts of the stay. They were kind, friendly, and always ready to answer questions or suggest somewhere to go. The food was great, and both the beds and rooms were comfortable. Riad Toyour is in a fantastic location too. We absolutely loved our visit and would recommend it to anyone coming to Fes.
