We stayed in the blue room shown second from the left in the picture. It was nice and had what I needed, including air conditioning, if I’m remembering right. The guest keeper took great care of us, and the staff were superb. The Riad has an authentic design and a lovely rooftop terrace. It’s on a quiet street not far from the main market street. Absolutely recommend.

When sudden illness meant we had to return for a fourth night, the staff welcomed us straight back. They helped us find a doctor and an open pharmacy, made sure we were comfortable, and even stayed up late to help with the medicine. Our experience at Riad Al Atik went well beyond a guest house stay. There’s real soul and humanity here, and we’re deeply grateful they made the visit memorable. Tucked away on a quiet backstreet off Talaa Khabir, the riad felt like stepping into a place of calm, much like one of the medersas of Fes. It’s cool and peaceful, simply but elegantly decorated, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location, relaxed atmosphere, facilities, dining, service, and price were all excellent. Al Atik exceeded our expectations in every way.
