The location worked really well, with a shopping mall right next door. The rooms were fantastic and had all the facilities we needed. We had a very pleasant four night stay at Albakech hotel during our visit to Marrakesh. The staff were what made it for us. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. When a tour operator cancelled our pre booked excursion at the last minute, Hakima at reception arranged an alternative and saved the day. Camelia gave us a lovely welcome, introduced us to the hotel, and was always happy to take our calls. Hussni and Youssef at reception were excellent and also took time for friendly chats that helped us learn about local culture. We really enjoyed the Moroccan breakfast and the friendly service from Oussama and Omar. Thanks to all the staff for your hospitality!

The team were the highlight of our week at Albakech, so friendly, attentive, and amazing. Bravo, and thank you for making our first visit to Marrakesh such a memorable one. We hope to stay again in the future. Stay well. The hotel was lovely, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner were great, and we enjoyed the spa facilities too.

Hadim was especially wonderful, on shift throughout our stay and always going the extra mile to make it memorable. Everyone on staff was warm, attentive, and professional. From arrival to departure, we were treated like royalty. The rooms were immaculate, the restaurant was outstanding, and the location couldn’t be beaten. I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. It exceeded every expectation, and I’ll definitely come back. If I could give it ten stars, I would.

The hotel is right across from a centre, so the supermarket and gym were easy to get to, and everything else was about 10 minutes away. There’s a spa here too, very nice. The breakfast and dinner were very good every day. Quasama and Omar were lovely waiters, and Nisrine and her team always kept things clean. We had an amazing two weeks. The staff were excellent, especially Aya, hosnie, hakima, and two other guys at reception. They were so lovely and said we were like family because we’d stayed so long. Oussama and Omar were so friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Breakfast was really good and changed each morning. We’d love to come back, inshallah. We had the best time here. The room was beautiful, with a Riad feel, but we didn’t have to navigate narrow alleys with the kids and all our luggage. The location was great too.
