Eden Lodges & SPA

The pool was warm, there was plenty of space, and the big beds around it were nice. Our welcome drink was good, lunch was decent overall, and the staff were friendly. We visited in February when it wasn’t too busy. They were also happy to let us pay at the end of the day. I’d put the experience at around 4.5-4.7, not quite five stars, but still good overall. The burger was a real letdown. We asked for it well done after being asked how we wanted it cooked, but it arrived medium rare. When we asked them to fix it, they put it back on the heat, but it was medium at best. It went back again, and we ended up down a dish. The cooking and the way it was handled were both poor. There was also a 3% card surcharge. On a £300 day experience, that felt painful and a little cheap. I wouldn’t expect that from a high-end place.

The lodge was beautiful, and the resort looks fabulous with good service. The pool is gorgeous, with special pools for healing and relaxing, and the evenings there are great for cooling off. They also offer lunch and dinner. Mornings were pleasant, especially with the amazing breakfast and pastries, though bees started getting at our food. At night, the frogs began their symphony and kept it going all night long.

A lovely, peaceful resort, and we had a great time. The rooms were pleasant and very clean, the food was great, and breakfast was included and brought to us every morning. The staff are very friendly and speak fluent French and Arabic. We struggled a little with English, but the people at main reception speak it perfectly and can translate for you.

We had a lovely day with the day pass, swimming and having a three-course lunch. The pool was just the right temperature, the day beds were really comfy, and the bar had a good range of Moroccan wines at very reasonable prices.
