Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie - All Inclusive

The location was peaceful and quiet, yet close to the main attractions, so it was a lovely place to return to after busy days exploring Marrakesh. The hotel had beautiful, authentic Moroccan décor and thoughtful details throughout, with a relaxing atmosphere. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The entertainers staff were fantastic, especially Mimi! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and ready to help. The food was excellent, particularly the traditional Moroccan breakfast and fresh mint tea. My stay exceeded expectations and made my trip unforgettable. I’d highly recommend the hotel and would gladly stay again.

The staff’s professionalism and courtesy are a clear strength at Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie, and the hotel offers a satisfactory balance between accommodation quality and competitive pricing. Its location in the Palmeraie gives it spacious surroundings and a calm atmosphere, which adds to the guest experience. The property is carefully planned, but its interiors and outdoor spaces could show a stronger Moroccan identity. A more structured design approach over the long term, with refinements introduced during scheduled annual renovations, could bring contemporary style into better harmony with local heritage. This would help the hotel become known for fair value alongside a refined and distinctively Moroccan look. There are plenty of ways to add that character without large scale changes. In the reception area, geometric Moroccan zellige could create a focal point, while carved plaster around ceilings or frames would add depth. Handcrafted brass lighting with warm tones could bring understated luxury. Guest rooms and corridors could use quality Moroccan textiles, carved wooden headboards, or subtle brass inlays to add authenticity while keeping modern comfort. Outside, especially near the pool, arches, discreet mashrabiya-style wooden screens, and landscaping inspired by Andalusian garden geometry could strengthen the local feel. A full transformation can’t happen immediately, but these gradual changes could significantly improve the hotel’s visual and cultural character.

The family-friendly atmosphere at Be Live Experience Marrakech was relaxing, and the hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The welcome and hospitality were excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, always ready to help, and made us feel comfortable and valued. Gigi from the kids club was amazing with the children. She was warm, energetic, and attentive, and made the activities fun and engaging. My kids looked forward to seeing her every day, and she made the stay extra special. We had a fantastic experience, and I’d recommend the hotel and happily return.

Mohamed arranged wonderful excursions to Casablanca and Agadir, and those trips were unforgettable. Server Elbachir also deserves a special mention. His service was mind-blowing, so professional and kind. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our fantastic 5-day holiday at Be Live Experience Marrakech with my wife. The room and hotel grounds were clean and well maintained, and there was plenty of good food to choose from. Coming from Scotland, I loved the Moroccan weather, sunny and warm, like summer every day. I had an amazing time and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
