I’d advise people to stay away. By Moroccan standards, after three weeks and many other stays in the country, this was the worst accommodation of our trip. The rooms were extremely run down, and finding the place was nearly impossible, with only a hidden A4 sheet to show it existed. When we arrived, no one let us in, so we had to ask the manager across the street to track down our host.

The room was terrible for what we paid. There were bed bugs, the air conditioning was nearly broken, and the bathroom was blocked. We only wanted an inexpensive place for a quick night’s sleep, but the service didn’t justify the price. No one was at the riad when we arrived. Luckily, the man at the riad next door kindly welcomed us.

The staff were super nice, which earns an extra star. But the bed smelled of pesticides and made it hard for me to breathe. The Wi-Fi was weak, and the toilet in the room was only screened off by a curtain.

I left the hotel seven days ago and still can’t get a receipt from the staff. They’ve been neither professional nor friendly about it. If I could give this a zero, I would.

Small, clean, and safe, with a good price.
