Slow mornings feel like a real luxury, and having breakfast on the terrace with views of the Atlas mountains was wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and quiet, while the location is still great. Ibrahim was responsive and accommodating with my needs before and during the booking, and the staff were lovely. I felt very welcome and had a relaxing stay.

Breakfast on the rooftop was one of our favorite parts of each day, and the riad's restaurant served fantastic food. We were five people in three rooms, and from the moment we arrived the staff made sure we were comfortable. Their care and attention to detail lifted the whole experience. The location made it easy to explore the city, but the riad itself was a peaceful, authentic haven. Our rooms were spotless, full of character, and beautifully decorated. On colder evenings, staff lit a fireplace for us, which made the place feel even more magical. We also tried the hammam and massages. Everything was relaxing, professional, and done very well. We had an incredible stay at Riad Dyor and can't recommend it highly enough.

The people are what made Ryad Dyor unforgettable. Omar, Samad, Abdul and Hussein were warm, intuitive, and sincere. They anticipated what we might need and made every interaction feel personal. When the Medina felt overwhelming, they met us at the entrance points and escorted us in and out, making arrivals and departures easy and stress-free. From the first mint tea to the last goodbye, their care came with generosity and heart. The riad itself is a quiet, elegant retreat tucked inside the Medina. Its design blends Moroccan character with understated contemporary luxury, and every detail felt thoughtfully chosen. Mornings on the rooftop, in the soft Marrakech light, were a treat. The Moroccan breakfast was generous and delicate, and encouraged us to slow down and enjoy the moment. Ryad Dyor is a lovely place and a memory we'll carry with us. We'll return without hesitation.

Plan a hike to a Berber village in the Atlas Mountains if you can. For us, that beat the other activities in Marrakech, beautiful as the city is. Ryad Dyor is about a 15m walk from the main souk and Dar El Bacha Museum, a little off the beaten track. The rooms, courtyard, and rooftop are stunning, and it's generally quiet at night. Ibrahim and his staff are welcoming and ready to help with requests. Breakfasts are scrumptious, and the team gave us some great day trip ideas. Keep in mind that most riads don't have alcohol licences if you want a glass of wine at the end of the day. We'd highly recommend staying here.
