We stayed for one night when we arrived in Marrakesh. The airport is only about 10 minutes away, which was handy, and the staff were very helpful. Our room was just right, very clean, and nicely decorated. The kids and we all loved the wonderful breakfast. A good fit for a short stay at the start or end of a trip.

Our booking through booking.com went smoothly, with no problems during the stay. The staff were attentive, and the basic room was better than many other budget airport hotels. We had an early flight before breakfast hours, so the staff arranged breakfast a little earlier and helped us book a taxi. I'm leaving a review because I think the hotel deserves it, especially alongside the many negative reviews.

The manager was very professional, and we had a pleasant, peaceful stay with good food. Our airport taxi arrived on time, and the terminal was less than 10 minutes away. I couldn't get the TV in the room to work, though, and the air conditioning leaked water.

The hotel is pleasant and close to the airport, though the staff could be nicer. You also can't pay by credit card.

We were left with very little to do nearby, and there wasn't really anywhere to go, so we'd suggest staying in the medina and arranging transport ahead of time. Our stay was a string of problems: the TV didn't work, and the airport transfer we'd paid for never arrived. Hopefully this was a one-off and repairs are underway.
