I expected a fun club night, but the venue was packed to the point that it was hard to move, let alone enjoy myself. Drinks cost too much and took ages to arrive, and the staff didn’t seem friendly or organized. Nouha was particularly unprofessional and didn’t handle things respectfully or efficiently. The music jumped around, with awkward transitions that killed the vibe. The DJ didn’t seem to read the crowd, and people were leaving the dance floor instead of getting into it. It felt badly managed and wasn’t worth my time or money. I wouldn’t recommend it to someone looking for a good night.

The service was horrid. I’ve travelled through Morocco for the second time and stayed in plenty of hotels, and this was the worst one I’ve visited. It’s a two-star motel at most. They didn’t tell us there was a loud nightclub on the ground floor. It’s 11:46pm and the noise is making my room vibrate. The WiFi stopped working a few minutes in. They said someone would come to our room and fix it, but he never came back. Unbelievable.

Scam!!! They charged 300DH for one 0,25l Heineken Beer and one 0,33l Coca Cola. There was no menu, they just gave us whatever price they wanted. I only visited the bar, so I can’t review the accommodation.

The quality is good, prices are reasonable, and it’s clean and quiet at night. Bottled beer is cool by the pool for 20MAD a pop. It’s close to the heart of new Marrakesh, while the old city is quite far, around a 15-20 minute taxi ride. The young staff were friendly and very helpful, and there was a good atmosphere.
