Hôtel Ichbilia

The hotel has no elevator, which made getting up the stairs with our big, heavy bags difficult, and nobody helped us. The wardrobe was broken, with long, exposed nails that were dangerous. The shower drain was clogged and there was no hot water. The TV didn't work, the bathroom and toilet weren't clean, and we were given torn towels.

We couldn't get into our room because they didn't give us a key until the second day. The air conditioning didn't work, there was no hot water, and we could only wash in cold water. Noise kept me from sleeping at night. When we asked for help with any of it, they said they couldn't do anything. I don't recommend this place.

I was just up in the sky, and the mabrouk veiw rooftop is really good. The staff are good too. The only uncomfortable thing is that they ask for tips.

The location is good, but market noise carries on past midnight, and the place is dirty and noisy in general. The aircon doesn't work, and the electricity gets cut at night. We had no towels because they were out of clean ones, and ended up taking toilet paper from other rooms. It should cost a lot less for that quality. The workers and owners are nice, maybe not the friendliest or most enthusiastic, but they'll be nice if you are.
