The male staff were respectful, and I appreciated their service. The noise and the way the supervisor treated me, though, made me eager to leave. I stayed 2 nights and had planned to extend, but the female staff were often loud, talking, laughing, and shouting while working. The front desk woman, who seemed to be the supervisor, had a particularly bad attitude. At checkout I mentioned the noise and discomfort in a friendly way, hoping for some acknowledgment or an apology. Instead, she argued and said I should have expected noise because my room was beside the kitchen. She also refused to let me leave my luggage in storage, even though she'd agreed earlier that I could leave it for an hour. I took it with me because I wouldn't trust her with my belongings. As I was leaving, she slammed the Riad door and swore. It was shocking and disrespectful. Her hostility didn't feel like hospitality and, in my view, didn't represent Moroccan hospitality at all. I'm a full-time traveller who's visited 89 countries, and I've never had this kind of unprofessional experience in hospitality. She seemed poorly trained and showed little basic respect for guests, which could hurt the business's reputation. Avoid this Riad at all costs.

We spent one night here. The room was new and clean, with good heating, and the staff were very friendly.

The location was very convenient, and we couldn't hear any noise from outside. Everyone on staff was so nice, and they kept our luggage for us after check-out.

We spent 10 days here and everything felt just right. Our room was kept clean and tidy, and the staff greeted us with big smiles whenever they opened the door for us. They were all so friendly and welcoming, and breakfast each morning was delicious.
