We loved staying in the luxurious two-bedroom villa at Mandarin Oriental, and the property and grounds were spectacular and beautifully maintained. The team made the experience, with every staff member we met personable, genuine, and attentive. Mousabe deserves a special thank you for masterclass five-star service and making us feel uniquely cared for. We ate outside at Hakkasan many times. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Abellatif took great care of my family, and the whole outdoor service team was welcoming, attentive, and seemed to anticipate what we needed. The tent is another great feature, run flawlessly, and gives the evenings a lively, social feel. The chefs went out of their way to accommodate our preferences. We can’t wait to return, and the opulent service is a big reason we’re planning another visit. Thank you to the entire Mandarin Oriental team, we hope to see you again soon!

We’ve just checked out after three nights, and we’re so grateful for the service. The villas were clean, comfortable, and amazing. The staff were polite and seemed to know what you wanted before you even asked. Samia, who we contacted through WhatsApp, was especially polite and made every request happen within minutes. The food was delicious and the restaurants were nice, including Hakkasan. We’ll definitely come back!

We’d absolutely return to Mandarin Oriental Marrakech. It feels like a private oasis close to the city, with peaceful gardens, a lovely pool, and a beautiful hotel. Service was outstanding from beginning to end.

It’s a remarkable, luxurious hotel, but the price feels far too high, on a level with some of the world’s most expensive destinations. One night could cost what ten hardworking people earn in a month. That leaves you wondering whether the experience is worth the price.

Such a beautiful hotel, and the staff were lovely. The downside was the bugs. There were around 7-8 flies and some large mosquito-like insects in my room when I arrived, plus a few dead ones on the floor and desk. I understand it may be because of the surroundings, but keep it in mind if bugs bother you.
