I tried the hotel with a day pass while visiting Marrakech, and had a great experience. It’s modern and has great facilities. The reception team were kind and helpful, and the entertainment team made us feel welcome, especially Oussama and his manger Salim. The pool bar crew were great as well. Mohssine made excellent mocktails, and raja was very helpful at the restaurant. The food was great, and I look forward to staying for a week.

It was a great first impression from the reception and door staff as soon as we arrived. The free shuttle bus was a useful bonus, and the drinks were good, served in properly sized glasses, unlike at some all-inclusive resorts. There are loads of facilities, especially the two pools. I liked having the option of a lively atmosphere or a more relaxing pool, which I haven’t come across before at an adults-only resort. The poolside animation team were especially friendly. Aziz was really personable, and Oussama from the activity team was great too. They never made us feel pushed into joining activities. Restaurant service was excellent. The chefs and waiters were attentive and accommodating, and two waiters in the outdoor dining area went above and beyond. I can’t remember their names, but one worked lunch and wore a Gucci belt, while the other served dinner. They remembered our drinks order after just one sitting. The sports bar staff member was also incredibly hospitable, though I’m sorry I can’t recall his name. The lobby staff were friendly all stay, and the lobby bar staff especially Zizo kept our drinks topped up and really added to the experience. Oddly, that bar didn’t open until midday, so after breakfast we had to get drinks in the restaurant area instead. Thanks for such a great stay. I’ll try to remember some names and reply below later!

The pools were a highlight for me and my fiancée during our early May stay at Be Live Collection Marrakech. One had entertainment and activities all day, while the swim-up bar pool was quieter. They felt cold when we first got in, but were fine once we were swimming. The swim-up bar team were excellent, and the cocktails tasted genuinely good, though they weren’t very strong. The grounds were lovely, and staff were friendly throughout. Our shared airport transfer was a pleasant surprise: just six people in a small minibus, with three hotel stops, so the journey was quicker and easier. We got there around 11am, but our room wasn’t ready until 3pm, as expected, so we explored the grounds and facilities while we waited. The spacious, modern room was cleaned very well each day, and the fridge was restocked with water and snacks. We did have ants come through the shower drain twice. The lobby bar was another plus. Zizo kept checking that our drinks were topped up. Strange that it didn’t open before midday, though. After breakfast, drinks had to come from the restaurant area. The snack bar had the usual burgers, pizza, tacos, and salads. It was good enough for a quick lunch, but service could be slow. One time we waited about 40 minutes for two burgers. We had more mixed feelings about the main buffet. The restaurant was always clean and the staff worked hard, and most food tasted good. Still, the selection felt underwhelming for a 5-star all-inclusive. There wasn’t much variety, some pizza and pasta dishes weren’t labelled properly, and if you arrived late, items could be slow to get replenished, especially at breakfast. Desserts grew repetitive after a few days, and the ice cream lacked flavour. One thing to be aware of is the number of golfing groups. There were large groups of British golfers during our stay, and it could get loud and rowdy at times, especially in the evenings. The sports bar felt more like a typical lads’ holiday spot than part of a luxury hotel. We didn’t use the spa, but it seemed odd to charge guests extra for the indoor pool at a supposed 5-star resort. We had a good time overall, but it felt more like a solid 4-star than a true 5-star experience. Better food variety, more reliable WiFi, poolside drinks, and somewhere indoors to get drinks before midday would help with the finer details. We’re both 30 and 28.

The staff were the best part of our stay and are the reason I want to come back. I’ve never felt so welcome and at home in a hotel. When we arrived, a staff member took our suitcase and gave us an all-inclusive band so we could get dinner before it closed at 10pm. At the restaurant, a lovely gentleman whose name I can’t remember asked for our drinks order. From that first day on, he remembered us and brought the drinks over each evening before we even asked. He always checked in, which was so lovely. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were done every day. They replaced our water bottle each day, a great little touch. The food was tasty, even if a lot of it was the same every day. The snack bar food was tasty too. My one personal preference would be to grab a snack and take it back to the sunbed, rather than having to sit down for a proper meal. The entertainment at the busier, louder pool was great. The team never pressured us to join activities, we could take part whenever we wanted. Special shoutout to Aziz and Oussama, who checked in with us every day, asked how we were doing, and were great at showing us how to play each game. On our last day, we could use the all-inclusive facilities until we left the building. We could also use the spa to freshen up when we couldn’t get a late checkout. I’ll 100% be going back. Thank you guys ☺️

What made our visit unforgettable was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and caring at every turn, and treated us like royalty. A big thank you to Hamza from the restaurant and Mohamed, the manager. They went above and beyond and won our hearts. Every member of the team deserves credit for making the stay so special. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well looked after, so it was easy to relax. We also had plenty to do, with loads of activities and entertainment. The buffet food was genuinely impressive, high quality, full of flavor, and varied from day to day. The snack restaurant had an extensive à la carte menu with so many good options that it never felt repetitive. This stay at the hotel in Marrakech was incredible from the moment we arrived. I’d absolutely recommend it and would happily return.
