The swimming pool was clean and the view from the Murano landscape was beautiful, but the personal service from the staff really made the place feel special. They were all approachable, and Khalid was a sweetheart whose service went beyond what I expected. He was always smiling. Madam Samira was lovely with every guest, and you could tell she was both professional and knowledgeable. I’d happily recommend this place, and I can see why the energy here makes you want to come back. It felt like a little piece of heaven, a full package of happiness.

Slim, the concierge, made us feel welcome before we’d even checked in. He lit a real log fire and brought us hot tea as soon as we arrived. Throughout the resort, the service was attentive and every need was taken care of. Pierre, the operations manager, clearly keeps things running smoothly, with great attention to detail. We felt looked after like regular guests from the start. Affordable luxury about 15 minutes from the heart of Marrakesh. We’ll be back and would recommend it.
