The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks, and the staff were helpful and considerate. But the beds were hard as rocks, the mini fridge never got cold, and water dripped from under the sink. A few times our key stopped working, so we had to go back to the desk to reactivate it. The hotel said it might have been because it was too close to a phone. The place looks nice from a distance, and the service was great, but the hotel itself seemed quickly and cheaply put together. Parking was another problem: to get in or out, an attendant had to open the gate, and more often than not there wasn’t one there, so we had to get out and look for an employee. They need a better system. The stay was good in some ways and not in others. I wouldn’t stay again because of the parking and the distance from the places where we spent most of our time.

Hamza was especially helpful, always kind and ready to lend a hand. The staff were friendly throughout and often went above and beyond, and the facilities were very good. I had an amazing stay from beginning to end, with nothing bad to say. I’d definitely stay here again.

The location made it easy to reach many attractions, a shopping centre, restaurants, and pickup spots for our excursions. I also loved the hammam and massage, and hotel visitors get 20% off. Breakfast changed every day. The team even opened the kitchen for me at midnight and decorated the room for my mum’s birthday. They really went above and beyond the whole time, and that service didn’t go unnoticed. Muhammad and Sami at the bar, Hamza serving, the chefs, and front desk staff Mona, Samira, and Abdulrahin were all amazing, along with many others. We had such a good time. I wish I’d stayed longer. It’s a luxurious experience for the price, and worth every penny. Thank you nearyo for making Marakkesh memorable. I’ll be back and do business with you again.

After five nights here in January, I wanted to thank the whole team. Anas, Umaymah, Imane, Maryama, Haldi, and Younus were all kind and accommodating. The hospitality felt genuine and one of a kind. There was also a wide selection at the buffet breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!
