The rooftop terrace room was quiet and had great views, though it felt a little small for the price. The bathroom was big and nicely done. The riad looks stunning, with traditional Moroccan style and modern comforts. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of choice. Staff were super friendly and treated us really well during our three nights at Outsite Marrakesh. The filtered tap water was a real highlight, so we didn't need plastic bottles for the whole trip. The pool was beautiful for cooling off, and there was even a sauna. We used it at night after walking the medina, and it was so relaxing. I'd definitely come back.

I miss the place already. The coworking space worked really well for getting my work done, and I enjoyed dinners with the other members. I joined this month's curated trip and had a fantastic time, with lots of experiences and day trips to choose from. The community manager arranged airport transfers both ways, which was especially convenient when I arrived late at night. Breakfast was included, delicious, and a real time-saver. Thanks especially to Hassan and Zak for taking care of us. I'll definitely be back to Marrakech!

The Medina location is good, and breakfast was good and varied. I was welcomed warmly when I arrived, but the rest of my stay was marked by problems that felt highly unprofessional. The first night's room smelled strongly of damp, and there was visible mold on the walls near the bed. In the morning I asked to change rooms. Staff agreed and said they'd “cleaned” the mold, which worried me because mold isn't something to just wipe away. I don't think a room in that condition should be rented out. They promised a nicer room, helped move my luggage, and gave me a new key. When I came back that afternoon, my things were gone and someone else's luggage was in the room. Staff explained they'd reassigned it to another couple because they thought they couldn't offer older foreign guests a different room. They assumed that since I was Moroccan like them, I'd be more willing to “find a compromise.” That felt discriminatory. They moved my belongings and changed my room without telling me or respecting our agreement. Every guest deserves equal respect, whatever their age or nationality. The riad also seemed poorly maintained, with many large cracks in the walls, and the rooms had no soundproofing. I could clearly hear lobby conversations from my room. Despite all of this, they never offered any commercial gesture or compensation.

Breakfast was generous and tasty, though the selection barely changed from day to day. It was advertised as 8:00-10:00 but never started before 8:30, which could be tricky if you're leaving early. Staff were generally kind, though sometimes difficult to reach when we needed clarification. The medina location was a great base for exploring. Our room was comfortable and fairly spacious, with plenty of room for bags, plus a good sized desk and a surprisingly comfortable chair. We didn't use them much, but appreciated the thought. The courtyard pool was a fun bonus, and free washers and dryers were very convenient. The bathroom needs some attention: the shower head wouldn't stay on its hook, and there was a small leak in the ceiling. The listing says housekeeping is limited, and for our shorter stay the room wasn't cleaned at all. That was okay overall, though the tiny trash bin overflowed by the end of our four days. It would help to have occasional trash collection or a clear place to drop it off. Even with those hiccups, it was good value and well located for exploring the medina.

Breakfast was good and the staff were nice, but go early because they don't refill it. The riad looks pretty and the decor is nice, though cleanliness could be better. The location inside the Medina is quite good, but the alley leading there was very dirty. Watch out for bird, cat, and other animal feces. That's not the hotel's fault, just something to consider. It's about a 10 minute walk from the nearest vehicle transfer, which matters if you're hauling luggage through the medina. We may have ended up in the worst room, unless there are others like it. There was no window in the room, and the AC was stuffy, unusable, and gave off a horrible smell. The drain was so slow that showering left us standing in ankle deep water. Water splashed outside the shower, with no bathroom drain to take it away. The bathroom had no ventilation, and its window looked onto the corridor where people walking by could see inside, so we could only open it when we weren't using the bathroom. The downstairs pool was very dirty, full of flies, and I saw a cockroach. It didn't seem usable, and I didn't see anyone using it. I don't know when it was last cleaned.
