Riad Al Rimal & Spa

I stopped by the Riad without an appointment before the long trip back to Boston, and they were able to fit me in. The 45-minute hammam service included a body wash, scrub, mask, and massage. It was a wonderful treat at the end of my holiday. The staff were so kind, and I highly recommend the experience.

We had the hammam and massage combination, and three of the five of us enjoyed it so much we fell asleep. This place is a real hidden gem. Our travel agency chose it for us, and the alley on the way in looked very sketchy, but inside the riad was beautiful and serene. The service really stood out. The front desk team went out of their way to help when I needed a carpet rewrapped for shipping and when my husband needed batteries for his insulin pump. The housekeeping staff were kind and helpful too.

My three sisters and I stayed here recently, and I genuinely miss the staff, especially Fatih. He treated us like family, and we miss him a lot. Abdu samad and Mohammed were amazing too, always friendly and ready to help, often before they even knew what was going on. When my sister got very sick on our last day, they did everything they could for her. We felt safe, accepted, and completely at home. The location is amazing, and if we come back to Morocco, we'd stay here again. I hope Fatih, abdu samad, and Mohammed get the recognition they deserve. Even the maintenance man always greeted us with a smile and a salaam. The cleaners were respectful of our privacy, even with the windows wide open, and always smiled and said hello. Thank you for making us feel at home. We can't wait to see you all again.

The riad itself is very nice, but the check-in felt really strange. They served us tea, then the receptionist sat with us and asked questions in a way that felt like a psychologist, almost like couples therapy. He kept asking us to sit and wait, and it took forever to check in. Maybe we're just not used to that, but his manner made us uncomfortable. Breakfast was never ready at the time they arranged, so we left for a four-hour drive without eating. Maybe it was a language barrier. The riad has a nice vibe, but the employees felt super weird.
