Riad Ylha

The rooftop and courtyard gave us lovely quiet places to unwind. The roof is shaded and has comfortable lounges, and there are private rooms as well. My friend and I had a great stay. Tibou, the riad manager, was kind, helpful, and attentive. It’s in a great spot for walking around, although it can be a little tricky to find at first. I’d happily return anytime.

We really appreciated how peaceful the place was, and Jamila, her colleague, and Tibou welcomed us so warmly and kindly. The staff were caring and attentive. The riad is beautiful and intimate, decorated with taste and a real eye for detail. Since we arrived late at night, the airport transfer was perfect and essential for us. Breakfast was incredible too.

The listing photos might make this place look beautiful, but in person it was tiny and very poorly managed. We paid €200 a night for three adults, without breakfast, and found a cramped 140cm double bed for two plus a camp bed for the third. We asked to have the camp bed changed. The toilet flush didn’t work, and the sink leaked, leaving our towels damp and stained by the rusty metal basket. The pool water was cloudy. We asked for a small goodwill gesture, a free breakfast, because of these problems. At first they refused. They only offered it at 11:00 AM on our departure, although we had already gone out to eat at 8:30 AM after sending several messages. Staff kept passing responsibility around, and no one gave us a straight answer. For €200 a night, the service was incompetent and the place is overpriced.
