The little touches made us feel so welcome from the start. We were offered traditional Moroccan tea when we arrived and invited to choose the fragrance for our room. Our room was clean, comfortable, charming, and amazing, and every staff member went out of their way to help us feel at home and make sure we had what we needed. The food was absolutely delicious. I also highly recommend the hammam and massage at the hotel, which were truly relaxing and one of the best parts of our trip. They made my birthday unforgettable by surprising me with a cake and candles and singing to me. It was such a beautiful moment. The riad was spotless, peaceful, and full of warmth. I can't recommend it enough, and I'll definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay so magical!

Breakfast was fantastic, and the whole place was very clean. Our room suited us well, with a dipping pool and a shared room with a fire adding to the comfort. This gorgeous little Riad sits in the upper end of the Medina. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to find Earl Grey tea for us fussy Brits. I couldn't find a fault.

Once you step inside, the calm of this magnificent Riad makes it hard to believe the busy main street and taxis are just around the corner. The interior gardens, spotless high-ceilinged rooms, roomy shared areas, and quality locally sourced amenities all feel carefully considered. Yuocif, Ayoub, and Mostafa were unfailingly polite and attentive, and owner Christophe did everything he could to make us feel like personal guests. One of my favorite stays ever.

We were welcomed warmly as soon as we arrived and shown around the very clean, well-located riad. Whenever we came back, the staff greeted us with smiles. Special thanks to Yousseff, Mustafa, and the night worker whose name we unfortunately didn't get. We'd gladly return and will recommend Riad Alili.
