Riad Azad Spa

The Moroccan design gave the riad a beautiful atmosphere that we really enjoyed. Service was warm and welcoming, and I tried a massage at their spa that left me incredibly relaxed.

Inside the Riad, the property was gorgeous, the food was beautiful, and the Hammam spa and massage were amazing. The staff were beyond kind and helpful, and we couldn't thank them enough. The room itself was nice, but it smelled like sewage. It was hard to find the place, and I was charged for parking on the street outside. It's within walking distance of the market for shopping and food. One thing to watch out for: we were charged 150 euro for a bottle of Monopole champagne, then found out it should have been 30 euro. So don't order the champagne lol!

The Medina outside was busy and loud, but inside the riad was gorgeous and, best of all, quiet. We had a really nice time relaxing there between outings around Marrakesh, and breakfast was delicious. Oualid was a great host. Like others mentioned, our card was declined online and we were asked to pay in cash. We'd read those reviews, so we had downloaded the receipt showing the original agreed booking price. They honored it without a problem. The only extra charge was 20 dirham for a large bottle of water, which seemed completely reasonable. Keep your wits about you and all should be fine!

Riad Azad & Spa Marrakech is beautifully decorated and tucked into a quiet part of the old medina. Karim was especially helpful and friendly, with top-notch service around the clock, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. My room was spacious and comfortable, with AC, a very comfortable bed, and soft, clean linens. The bathroom was roomy too, with a lovely shower. Breakfast was delicious and varied, served in the beautiful courtyard. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.
