Jemaa el-Fna was just a short walk away, with shops and restaurants all around as soon as we stepped out into the Medina market. The location and the host made the stay feel authentic and memorable. They were warm, caring and available with help, tips and local insights whenever we needed them. Our room fit six people comfortably and had plenty of space. The beautiful artwork gave it character. The bathroom was small and tight, though both it and the room were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included. When we arrived, the host served us traditional tea and cookies while we waited to check in and made sure we were comfortable. It felt personal from the start.

The room was for six and had lots of space, with beautiful art on the walls. The bathroom was tight and small, but everything was clean, and breakfast was included. This hotel is in the Medina market, with plenty of shops and restaurants just outside and Jema Al Fena very close by. It’s also 15 minutes from the airport. The host arranged our tour to Ourika Valley and welcomed us with tea and cookies while we waited to check in. If you want to experience tru morrocan culture, this is the place. The host made us feel welcome.

I really loved my stay at Riad Carole in Marrakech. The mint tea they brought while my room was being prepared was a small, thoughtful touch, and the staff were friendly and ready to go the extra mile from the moment I arrived. The riad felt like a calm little escape from the bustle of the Medina, a lovely place to unwind. If you’re after a peaceful, charming spot in the heart of Marrakech with great service, this is it. I can’t wait to return.

The breakfast was very good, and there was a nice guy and some cute cats. But in my opinion the rooms were very dirty, there was no air conditioning, and the beds were really uncomfortable. Overall, I’d rate it 2.

The internal garden was beautiful, and there was always someone around to help if we needed anything. The Riad is near the center of the medina, about 10 minutes from its heart. They can arrange airport pickup and drop-off, which I recommend. Our rooms were big. Some of the beds can be really hard, though not all of them, and the room wasn’t perfectly clean. I’d still recommend it.
