Hicham and the whole team were generous, kind and helpful, and I was very comfortable in my room. The breakfasts were delicious, and there are three gorgeous cats living their best lives here. The rooftop is lovely for catching the last afternoon sun. It's a beautiful Riad inside the Medina, and I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Marrakech. Most tourist sights are about a 20-25 minute walk away. I enjoyed the walk, especially the last 10-15 minutes, which gives you a look at local life inside the medina beyond the souks and Jemaa el Fnaa. If that's too much walking, or you're going farther, like to Jardin Majorelle, Hicham can arrange a tuk tuk or taxi. For places to see, I'd recommend Bahia Palace, Jardin Secret, including the tower, Madrasa Ben Yousef and Kousoubia Mosque. If you like jazz and a cocktail, try Le Bistro Arabe.

We had a comfortable bed and a really tasty breakfast, and tried the hammam and massage they recommended. We enjoyed every minute of it. The hosts at Dada Messouda were kind, welcoming and quick to respond. The riad is beautiful, with charming little details everywhere that don't come across in the photos. Major attractions are walkable, and there's a parking spot five minutes away.

The staff were so friendly, I'd rate them 11/10. Our room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. The service was great, and the team treated us with respect and never made anything feel like too much trouble. We chose to have a hammam at the Riad, and it was the best decision. I've had one in Turkey, but this was traditional and much better. The food was fine. We also had dinner at the Riad, which was amazing, especially compared with breakfast. From what I gather, bread is the usual Moroccan breakfast, so it may be hard to find a great one in Morocco if you like something besides bread. I'd give the location 7/10. There are probably Riads nearer the busy area and main attractions, but we liked being away from the inner medina's hustle. The Riad arranged Tuktuks for us when we wanted to go farther, like to the YSL musuem.

The people here made my stay unforgettable. Every interaction felt warm, genuine and thoughtful, and their kindness and professionalism went well beyond what I expected. Even the small gestures made me feel cared for and welcome. Their positive energy and attention to detail, along with always being willing to help, made the place feel comfortable and uplifting. They clearly care about making guests feel at home. I'm deeply grateful for the effort and hospitality. The team is the heart of this place.
