Ayoub was attentive, and the other staff kept everything very clean. The riad is close to a few sights in the south of the old medina, and only about a 5-10 minute ride from the centre. We had a really nice time in Marrakech.

My friend and I loved our two nights at Riad Kasbah, especially the interior. Everyone on staff was friendly and really helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend it, and we’d love to return.

The riad was fantastic, and the chicken tagine was amazing. The hammam was a letdown. We paid for a one-hour-and-45-minute hammam and massage package, with 45 minutes of hammam and an hour of massage. The massage itself was good, but it didn’t last a full hour. The whole treatment was over in an hour and a half instead of 1 hour 45 minutes. The hammam is meant to be 45 minutes per person, but for two people it took the same amount of time. The scrubbing and washing felt rough and rushed, and washing my hair didn’t feel nice. I didn’t see a clay mask, and the treatment lacked care. The woman was working incredibly hard, but seemed grumpy. The sales pitch made it sound better than it was, and I didn’t think the package was worth the money. The massage was worth paying for, but I’d keep an eye on whether it really lasts an hour. Five stars for the riad, two for the hammam, and four for the massage.

After returning from a three-day desert tour, this was our second riad, and I was so grateful to be here. It felt like a safe haven in Marrakesh. Even though the riad was full, the small number of rooms meant we sometimes had the shared area to ourselves. The staff were amazing, especially Mehdi, who welcomed us and was there every evening. Staying here really felt like staying with family. Two women cooked fresh food in the kitchen, and it was like having your mum cook for you. They even went to the market for fresh ingredients. Our room was wonderful too, with original style tiling in the bathroom. I’ve never felt so good after a stay. This place is a must if you’re looking around Marrakesh.
