The weather started off badly, but we still had a really enjoyable five days at dar kleta. Our first night's dinner, made by the riad's wonderful cook, was the best meal of our whole stay. The place felt magical, calm, and relaxing, and it was super clean. It's close to everything while still tucked away from the chaos. Abel, if I'm remembering his name correctly, was incredibly supportive and gave us lots of tips for our first visit to marrakech.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and breakfast was great: fresh-squeezed juice, tea, coffee, fruit, pastries, yoghurt, and eggs. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully decorated. This peaceful little oasis is in the Medina, near the souks and Maison de Photographie. The main square is an easy walk of about 10 minutes, with a straightforward route.

For my first visit to Marakesh, this was a great place to stay. Samir, the hotel manager, did everything he could to make the trip enjoyable, from welcoming us with tea to walking us to taxis. He even went out late at night to get medication when we needed it. The rooftop is idyllic, with amazing views, and would be perfect for a photo shoot if that's your thing. Great space, staff, and food. I'd highly recommend it.

We spent four nights here for a girls' weekend and have just got home. The riad is stunning, right in the middle of the Medina, yet so quiet and serene. Our room was lovely, and there are lots of outdoor spots to enjoy. Samir was very helpful, and the ladies were so sweet and kind. Fresh breakfast too. We'd absolutely recommend it.
