Riad Dar Nouba

We spent four wonderful nights here, and it felt like a home away from home. The welcome was friendly and full of useful information, and the service was impeccable. Everything was spotless, with spacious, comfortable rooms that felt homely. The shower was great, and the bathrobes were a lovely touch. Breakfast was the best, all homemade and different each day. Right in the heart of the Medina, the riad feels like a peaceful hidden gem as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend.

The hosts really go out of their way for you. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and after four weeks in Morocco, I found the bed, pillows, and bedding the most comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, made by a lovely, very humble lady. There's also a friendly little pet called Cous cous. If you're visiting Marakesh, you won't be disappointed booking this Riad.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the room was beautiful with a great shower. The owners were exceptionally warm and helpful. Though it's in the medina, the location is peaceful and away from the noise. I felt as if I had a calm oasis in the middle of the city, and I'd love to return.

We stayed at Riad Dar Nouba for six nights in January 2024 and would happily come back. The hosts were friendly and helpful with all sorts of questions, and the location is very central. Everything looked very clean. Our room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a huge shower. It had air conditioning, but with night temperatures around 5 degrees Celsius, we were glad to have the gas-powered space heater instead. We asked for vegan breakfasts, and got fresh fruit, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and more. It was all delicious, often more than we could manage. For an early day trip before breakfast, they prepared a small takeaway breakfast for us on request. Absolutely recommendable.
