Riad Djemanna

We stayed three nights and would gladly return. The sheets and towels were clean and smelled lovely, and someone was always around if we needed anything. They greeted us each time we came back from walking around the Souk. We were welcomed with mint tea, breakfast was good, and the staff were so friendly. Great value for what we paid.

I traveled alone and felt very safe here. The location made it easy to walk everywhere, and the Riad's interior was breathtaking. My room was beautiful and clean, and all the meals were delicious. The hammam and massage were out of this world. Right from my arrival in Marrakech, a driver welcomed me and brought me safely to the Riad, where manager Abdelhadi greeted me in person. The whole staff were friendly, and throughout my stay they pampered me and made me feel like I was the only guest. I can't put into words how incredible it was. I'd highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

We spent 5 nights here and had an amazing time. The place was peaceful despite being right in the centre, and the room and bathroom were spacious. They were cleaned every day, which I hadn't expected but really appreciated. Abdelhadi was a great host, and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. He arranged a few excursions for us, and those turned out to be our favourite days. Breakfast was great, especially on the terrace. Definitely recommend it, and we'll return!

The central location and authentic Riad feel were big pluses. The entrance lobby is beautiful, and the rooftop is nice too. The staff were kind and went out of their way to greet us and help, including serving breakfast early and ironing our clothes. We weren't happy with our room, especially the bathroom. The shower head had to be held while bathing, which made it difficult; we asked a worker for help, but he forgot. The sink filled quickly and wouldn't drain, and the taps were awkward to turn because they were so close to the wall. At the end we were also charged extra for things like water bottles, which I felt should have been included as a basic necessity.
