Dar Salam Palm

What made our time at Riad Dar Salam Palm in Marrakesh especially lovely was the calm, welcoming feel of the shared spaces and the care Abdullah showed at reception. He was ready with help, answers, and recommendations from the first day, and made us feel very well looked after. We spent several days there. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept, with Moroccan details throughout. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and always came with a smile. Every part of the riad felt warm and thoughtfully maintained. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return on our next trip.

Abdullah at reception made a real difference for us. He was thoughtful and helpful whenever we needed something, and his care helped us feel at home. The rest of the staff were just as kind and welcoming. Riad Dar Salam Palm was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a peaceful, warm atmosphere right in the city. Everything was well organized, and our room was clean and comfortable. We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it for its comfort, hospitality, and authentic feel.

We felt safe and well looked after throughout our eight-day work trip, thanks in large part to Abdullah at reception. He was attentive, professional, and always available, and the whole staff treated us warmly. The cooks were lovely too, serving a delicious breakfast each morning with a smile. The riad’s security also gave us peace of mind. There’s video surveillance, and entry is limited to guests, with the front door opened by key or from reception. After busy workdays, it was a pleasure to return to a clean, comfortable, well-maintained place with a quiet atmosphere. Our stay at Riad Dar Salam Palm in Marrakesh was excellent, and we’re grateful to everyone there.

Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight, with plenty of tasty food and attentive service. Abdullah arranged and served it himself. Abdullah and Walid at reception were also friendly, efficient, and made sure our stay went smoothly. We were 11 people staying for two nights. Since the hotel is around 200-300m from the main road, hiring a porter for our bags was very helpful, especially after arriving late. It cost 50 dhs per cart. The design is lovely and very photogenic, with a cozy Moroccan feel despite being in the busy old souk. We had a small problem with the heater and shower on the first night, but it was fixed by the next day. The location worked well for us, with easy access to the main road, and we’d stay again.
