It’s a quiet, quaint place, and I personally loved staying here. The staff are so polite and friendly, and do everything they can to make your stay a good one. You get a key and can come and go as you like, so it feels very laid back. Jemma el Fna square is a 15 minute walk away, with market streets and museums along the route. Nice for a solo trip or as a couple.

Yousef was the best part of the stay. He was helpful, pleasant, and easy to speak with in English. The terrace and breakfast were nice, but the riad itself felt dark and dingy. There was just one window in the room, and it opened onto the hallway. It’s definitely in the medina, so you’ll need to know the way or ask someone for help. GPS loses connection there, though a map would be useful.

The rooms and the place itself were good quality, with great beds and really nice bed linen. It was clean as well. Staff were very kind and helpful, and the location is excellent, close to the centre.

I had a great stay in Marrakech, and came back to book this place a second time. The rooftop and breakfast were highlights, along with Youssef.

The only decent thing was that they were fair enough not to charge us. We spent one night there and changed rooms twice. It wasn’t just dirty, it was a mess. Worst place I’ve ever been. I wouldn’t rate it 1 out of 10. Stay away, that’s my advice.
